2008 BEST DECKED Homes
Despite the somewhat paralyzing snow storms experienced over the Holidays, Fairwood area homes still lit up their neighborhoods with miles and miles of brilliant Christmas Lights. Those who braved the elements were gifted with wonderful displays.
Fairwood Community News wouldn't let a little snow stop our pursuit
to see your displays, so we ventured out to find the BEST DECKED Homes for 2008!
If you head out very soon, perhaps you can see the great displays before they're packed up for another year.

BEST NEIGHBORHOOD: By far, Fairwood Firs dresses it up as a collaborative community - with almost 100 percent participation of its homes. The ability capture such a large amount of participation is probably because it requires less coordination with just over 90 homes. Nonetheless, 90+ homes is still a significant number and it's also a demonstration of their pride of ownership.
This photo doesn't do this cul de sac's justice it's due - be sure to check it out! Spectator cars file through this neighborhood to enjoy displays.
2008 BEST DECKED SINGLE HOME WINNER: We loved the work displayed at this Fairwood Firs Home with the creation of these whimsical Winnie the Pooh characters. Check out this home as you wander through the Fairwood Firs neighborhood. CONGRATS!
