First Fundraiser
Ambitious as it may seem, supporters of this effort have demonstrated they are a highly organized group, working to form a non-profit organization named Renton's Unleashed Furry Friends, aptly creating the appropriate acronym RUFF.

They have also launched a nice website (www.rentonoffleash.org), a RUFF webstore, and are preparing for their first fundraiser.

RUFF's first fundraiser is "Wags 'n Wines," located at Vino at The Landing on April 27 from 6-9 pm.

Advance tickets are $30 and $35 at the door. The charge covers two glasses of wine and light appetizers. Also included in the event is a silent auction, and bidding will conclude at 8:30 pm.

Silent Auction items include dinner gift certificates from the Melrose Grill and Armondos, a Facial Basket from Ananya Spa Seattle, and items from the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders.
