Minutes of the Meeting
April 9, 2013

Below are the approved Meeting Minutes for April 9, 2013:

The monthly HOA board meeting is held the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at King County Sheriff’s Fairwood Office.  All WoodDale and WoodGrove residents are welcome, and encouraged to attend.

Karm Norris – Architectural Control Committee (Not present)

Renton Fire Department Report:  The Renton Fire Department provided an update on the remodel of the Fire Station, and reviewed regulations pertaining to illegal outdoor burning and violations.  Neighbors are encouraged to call 911 if they notice illegal outdoor burning.

Budget Review with Property Management Company:  Brenda from Condo Management reviewed the budget through March 31, 2013.  Delinquent accounts will be contacted via phone before penalties are assessed.    

Rules and Regulations:  Review of Rules and Regulations, and motion to adopt the Late Fees and Assessments and Fine Schedule for House Violations, Fine Schedule for Architectural Violations.  Motion approved and passed unanimously.  Notice will be sent to all home owners.

Neighborhood business:  WoodDale and WoodGrove neighborhoods have easement under the power lines between the two neighborhoods, and will be contacting the power company about ceasing use of herbicides. 

Architectural Control Committee:  No new requests have been received.  HOA Management company will conduct patrols to determine CC&R violations.

Old Business:  Final walkthrough with Bennett Homes representative was conducted on March 24th.  SK to follow-up and determine what repairs and plant replacements will be made.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
